At her core, Kimberly believes that people are the greatest drivers of change. For more than 15 years, she has dedicated her career to helping organizations unlock the full potential of their teams through strategic human resources, organizational development, and creative communications.
Kimberly is a SHRM-CP and PHR certified professional with deep expertise in labor relations, talent strategy, and workforce planning. She has led HR/People Operations functions for nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and startups, navigating complex challenges such as union negotiations, compliance, and organizational change. Her leadership style blends business acumen with empathy, ensuring that companies not only meet their goals but also create workplaces where people feel seen, valued, and inspired.
Throughout her career, Kimberly has:
Designed and led enterprise-wide talent strategies that strengthen leadership and employee engagement
Negotiated complex union contracts and built transparent labor relations grounded in trust
Managed multimillion-dollar compensation and benefits programs ensuring equity and compliance
Championed diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives that transform culture and retention
Built and modernized HR systems that improve efficiency and scalability
But what sets Kimberly apart is her unique blend of strategy and creativity. Alongside her HR work, she brings her talent for design and communications to help organizations tell their stories, strengthen their brands, and connect more meaningfully with the communities they serve.
Outside of work, Kimberly pours her energy into community service and leadership development. She is the founder of the Cameron’s Light Foundation, supporting families of preemies and NICU babies, and she serves on multiple advisory councils and professional networks. Her commitment to giving back reflects her belief that leadership isn’t just about titles — it’s about service, impact, and legacy.
